VCIC For Entrepreneurs
VCIC is primarily designed to educate MBA
students about venture capital, but a happy
byproduct of the event is a uniquely valuable
opportunity, like a VC boot camp for entrepreneurs. At a VCIC
event,

Resources for Entrepreneurs /

At a VCIC event, entrepreneurs
bring their venture pitch to
top MBA students and VCs and also undergo condensed
due diligence with each student team. Unlike venture
fairs, where many attending VCs may not even see
your pitch, let alone your business plan, at VCIC
all of the VCs evaluate all of the entrepreneurs so
that they can judge the students' performances.
Each VCIC event consists of 2-3 featured entrepreneurs, 6 MBA teams of 5 students each, and 6-10 VCs. Organizers carefully select entrepreneurs to fit their event.

The selection process:
- Fill
out the application (no deadline, rolling appication).
- Your application will be distributed to and reviewed by event organizers. (We apologize in advance that you may not receive timely feedback if you are NOT chosen.)
- Priority is given to early applicants.
- Selection will be based on fundability and
variety of applicants for each event
- There is
no fee to apply or
participate.
- A full business plan is prefered but not necessary. An extended pitch deck, including supporting materials like competitive analysis, industry reports, market reports, etc., may suffice. We do need materials to send to teams 48 hours in advance of the event so that they can be prepared for due diligence sesssions with you.
