Students: if possible, please have your VCIC advisor fill out the
intent-to-compete form. If no advisor, then your internal
VCIC organizer or a club leader is next best.
Individual students are warned that they may lose their deposit
if they are not their school's chosen liaison.

$50/student = $250 by October 15
$100/student = $500 by November 15
$1,000 after November 16 (slot not guaranteed)
